What this site is

AirBQ publishes reference statistics on U.S. airport performance: on-time departures and arrivals, average delays, cancellations, and passenger traffic for a cohort of 20 major U.S. airports.

Where the data comes from

Every figure comes from public U.S. Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS) Airport Snapshot data. Each airport page states its rolling 12-month period and links its source. How snapshots are captured and validated is described on the Methodology page.

What this site is not

AirBQ is not a live flight tracker, does not sell travel, and is not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Transportation or BTS. The statistics describe a past 12-month window, not today's operations. For a flight departing today, check your airline or a live flight-status service.

Corrections

If a figure looks wrong, the fastest route is the Contact page. Corrections are checked against the BTS source before anything is changed.
